U.S. SHIPPING

General Information

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S territories:
  • Orders are filled and shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 business days. For holidays, the shipping timeline may take longer.
  • For security purposes, and to protect our customers, we do not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make sure that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records.
  • Orders exceeding a value of $150 will necessitate a signature upon delivery as a requirement.

 

Processing Time

  • All order verification and processing normally takes 48 hours. 
  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders received between Monday and Friday will be processed in 3-5 business days.
  • Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by Monday, or by close of business day Tuesday.

*Processing time for orders placed during promotion and holiday periods may take up to 10 business days.

 

Delivery Times

  • USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
  • For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.
  •  Orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time.
  • Most orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 days.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO / FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

Some items sold by ADORO COSMETICS Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations. At ADORO COSMETICS, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
